Registered users can book an appointment at https://rezervacia.endoplus.sk (available only in slovak language at the moment). After completing the registration form and logging in, they can select the type of examination and a suitable appointment date.
Registration information
Registration requires, in addition to basic details such as first and last name, also:
Email address
Please enter your primary email address. You will receive an email with a confirmation link to complete your registration. We do not send any promotional messages to patients’ email addresses; the only email you will receive from us will contain information about your appointment confirmation or communication with the staff regarding test results.
Phone number
You will receive a notification SMS on your phone number a day before the scheduled appointment. In case of unexpected circumstances (e.g., doctor unavailability), we will inform the patient about a replacement appointment.
Personal identification number
We require your personal identification number for communication with your health insurance provider to cover the costs of services.
When communicating online with patients of the EndoPlus endocrinology clinic, we prioritize the protection of personal data. We do not use cookies to track your activity outside our website, and your sensitive data is protected. We do not share any personal information, such as your name, contact details, or health information, with third parties. All data is securely processed and stored in compliance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection. You can rely on discretion and security at every step of the online appointment process.
Online booking
You have the option to choose from three types of examinations, which differ in the co-payment amount (see price list):
- Standard
- All in One
- Priority
Standard
This is a standard examination with an appointment at a specific time. Blood sampling must be done no later than 2 days before the visit.
All in One
“All in One” is an option for busy people. During a single visit, you will undergo a complete examination, including blood sampling. We will inform you of the examination results via email or phone.
Priority
A priority appointment is an examination outside of standard office hours. For morning appointments, the examination also includes blood sampling. You will be informed of the examination results via email or phone.
